Showing off our pristine West Coast, is the 3rd Season of the German reality show, "7 vs. Wild." In this show, YouTubers, are dropped off in a remote location with camera’s and a few items for survival. They are then made to fend for themselves, all while recording their experiences. 7 vs. Wild can be viewed on YouTube and Amazon Freevee, with episodes having an average of over 4 million views!
This years season takes place on Hope Island and Nigei Island, which surrounds our very own Malei Island Resort!

While watching, if you feel the undeniable urge to come and experience the remote wilderness of Canada’s West Coast for yourself, but with more comfort than those on the show, we would love to welcome you to our all-inclusive resort. Also included in your stay are all boat tours, including fishing, wildlife, and sightseeing tours. Yes, this could also include trips to the filming locations of your favourite German survival show!
Experience all of this, while enjoying delicious meals and spectacular views looking out over the ocean from our accommodations on our private island where whale, sea otter, and bald eagle sightings are in abundance. Spend the evenings, reminiscing about your day and your favourite episodes of 7 vs. Wild, while enjoying our ocean side, fire/solar heated hot tub or make your own smores around our smokeless firepit.

With the first episode airing on November 29, we are excited to see what we call home, being shown to millions of viewers and perhaps we will even brush up on our survival skills!
